POPIA Notice

1. Introduction

Hamoodley Mining and Oil Company ("Hamoodley", "we", "us") processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA). This notice describes the information we process, why we process it, and how you can exercise your rights.
